Put a Hello Scoot' in your pocket! In just a few seconds, you can reserve a Hello Scoot' or a car, unlock it, and get on your way. It's that simple — you only pay for what you ride, starting from just 1 minute.

And how about the prices? Scooters are priced at 55F per minute and 4,990F per day, while cars are available at 990F for the first hour and 15,990F per day. All pricing details can be found on our website and Facebook page. Our rates cover rental, energy (gasoline or recharging), 2 helmets, caps, comprehensive insurance, parking facilities, and roadside assistance.

For registration, all you need is your driving license/BSR and a credit card. Simply download the Hello Scoot' app, follow the easy steps, register for free and enjoy access to the service whenever you need it — in just a few seconds.

Wondering about parking? Our service provides designated parking spots in Papeete and across the urban area of Tahiti. You can park within the defined area on the app while adhering to local parking regulations.

When it comes to retrieving helmets, unlock the scooter to access the top case where your helmets are stored. Each Hello Scoot' vehicle comes equipped with 2 helmets to accommodate transporting 2 people and includes charlottes for added comfort.

To use the service, individuals must be of legal age with a valid light vehicle driving license and possess a Visa or Mastercard credit card. For car rentals, drivers must have held their license for at least 2 years and be between 25 and 70 years old.

For security measures, all our vehicles are insured, registered with authorities and undergo regular servicing. Our meticulous maintenance routines are closely monitored by the Hello Scoot' fleet team, ensuring top-notch safety standards. Additionally, we collaborate with public authorities to disseminate essential prevention messages.
