Wondering about parking? Our service provides designated parking spots in Papeete and across the urban area of Tahiti. You can park within the defined area on the app while adhering to local parking regulations.

When it comes to retrieving helmets, unlock the scooter to access the top case where your helmets are stored. Each Hello Scoot' vehicle comes equipped with 2 helmets to accommodate transporting 2 people and includes charlottes for added comfort.

To use the service, individuals must be of legal age with a valid light vehicle driving license and possess a Visa or Mastercard credit card. For car rentals, drivers must have held their license for at least 2 years and be between 25 and 70 years old.
